This time, only 10 days are given for registration. ONLY those students who graduated either with Dec-2018 Term End Exams or June-2019 Term-end Exams are ELIGIBLE for this convocation. Graduated simply means student’s Grade Card must be marked Passed after Result of Term End Exam of IGNOU is declared. Attending convocation is NOT MANDATORY. What Actually Happened with 31st Convocation of IGNOU?

From June 2018 to 31st July 2018, IGNOU 31st Convocation Application Forms were filled up. But, convocation date was not declared by IGNOU Department, New Delhi.

The most shocking part was that date was not announced until December 2018 as well. Later on an investigation, it was found that 31st Convocation of IGNOU has been CANCELLED.

And, all students who paid the fees for 31st convocation received their original degrees at their registered home address by post later on.

Note for 32nd Convocation: Students of MBA, MCA, M.COM, BTCM, BNS, etc. are required to remit registration fee @ 600/- per certificate.
